All 2012 passed RfAs with at least one oppose vote: n=21; 14 later lost sysop; 20 still edited after 2013. BetacommandBot: bot flag removed 2008-05-16, later block for abuse. wiki-socks: 23,610 investigations.

Outcome.

Fail on anti-capture and bot-successor completeness; refuse causal claims from RfA votes and SPI hit-rate as a safety metric. See W-4.
